We had a wonderful visit to Bethlehem and wanted a local casual spot for breakfast. This place was perfect. Great menu. Server named Sara was sweet and helpful. The food was really delicious.

It's always a super busy spot. The compact dining room makes it a bit uncomfortable and makes it hard for servers to get around. Specialty pancakes were very tasty, eggs and bacon were basic. Good coffee.

Cozy little breakfast place with indoor/outdoor seating. Kid friendly. Plenty of off street parking. I tried the banana bourbon french toast. Delicious! If you're craving something sweet, this is it. My waiter was wonderful. He didn't do anything out of the ordinary, just seemed like a genuinely pleasant person (a warm smile goes a long way). Found this place by someone mentioning it on Facebook (thank you!) It was well worth the drive. I'll be visiting again.

Roasted is definitely my go-to for breakfast! The VIBE is family and comfort food. I absolutely feel at home every visit. The seasons butters, coffees and Pancakes are always an extra bonus.

best breakfast in bethlehem. the workers are wonderful and the food is always fresh, delicious, and creative. this place gets very busy on the weekends, for good reason. only downside is the indoor seating can get loud and hot when full

Got there RIGHT before closing and felt terrible when we realized but.. the staff was amazing the food was great! And they didn’t rush us out the door they let us eat and enjoy our food! Will 10000% take the 30 min drive to come back. Food pictured: the Henry 10/10, the Mac 10/10, the chorizo hash 7/10.

Amazing! Delicious! Great tasting food, the service was outstanding! My food was so good, the Oreo cookies French was on another level. This place is not that big, the wait was like 30 minutes, but the food is worth whatever wait there is I will be returning that’s for sure!
